In order to keep perspective in our times, it is important to know what God is doing that we may not be able to see visibly - especially because we can all clearly see what the devil is doing! That is why as the prayer priority this week I am offering this article by Daniel Juster, called Exodus and the Revelation, in which Juster says, "The glory of God will be revealed in His salvation through judgment and Israel is in the eye of the storm."

Kicking off this week with a recent Facebook post by Ron Cantor of
Messiah's Mandate in Tel Aviv explaining how Israel determines the beginning of
the winter. It's not by a date on the calendar, Israeli winter is determined by
the first rain. Jerusalem experienced its first winter rain on October 9, 2017.
Please pray for abundant rain to fall during this winter season in Israel, as
Israel is suffering on one the worst droughts in the last 100 years.
Next up news from probably the first real
Israeli evangelist since ancient times, Jacob Damkani who is embarking on an
American tour throughout November to premier his latest project which will be
released in December in all the major cinemas is Israel. A Hollywood made film
based on Damkani's life story, "Why Me?" The film, called "A New Spirit"
tells about how Damkani, a Brinks robber, went through a complete turnaround
after coming to faith in Israel's long awaited Messiah - Yeshua. Find out more

The first article by Shira Sorko-Ram from the
latest Maoz Israel Report is called America's Solar Eclipse. She writes,
"This is the first time I can truly say I have
“seen” (on TV) a sign concerning the sun from God. Millions of people learned
in the last few days that a complete solar eclipse can only happen because the
moon is 400 times smaller than the sun, but the sun is about 400 times farther

Hasdey Yeshua, the Mercy of Yeshua
congregation in Arad is the well-named Hebrew congregation in a town that for
around two decades has experienced a really unmerciful religious spirit as the
ultra-Orthodox have attempted to take over the town of Arad. The seculars in
Arad have quite a contract before their eyes between the Hassidei Gur
ultra-Orthoox and the Israeli followers of Yeshua. One of the incidents related
in the ministry letter this month from the congregation talks about their work
among a nearby village of Sudanese, where even the youth are seeing the stark
contrast between the mercies they experience from the Yeshua-followers, and the

Hasdey Yeshua also reports "Odd News about a strange occurrence | VIDEO | Lately Arad has become the target of a “plague of
wolves”, as the local media called it. ...The video is in Hebrew but it’s
pretty much self-explanatory. The public is being urged not to leave food
outside and, of course, not to feed the wolves. This daytime picture is unusual
because the animals generally retreat into the desert after sunrise. Please pray for safety, especially for our
small children and babies." Certainly seems to have a spiritual parallel
considering the other news about the Hassidei Gur activities in this letter.
Shlomy and
Miriam Abramov of Awake Israel ministries in Rishon LeZion upon returning from
their US tour have been in a whirlwind of ministry activities, Miriam relates. Eight years ago they left the large ministry organization
they had been with in order to form Awake Israel. Miriam writes that "People
often forget the smaller ministries are very effective, reaching into the
population and especially because Shlomy is native and his family are many
generations in Israel. God uses that to open doors which are closed to many. We
praise God he has kept us in perfect peace and provision many years, ever since

bodyguard to Ariel Sharon back in the day.
Ronit Bender is "Schlepping" as her
ministry outreach. Schlepping groceries for the elderly in their city from the
supermarket to the closest bus station or their nearby homes. Isn't it a
wonderful idea? The team at first was skeptical, but once they began to do this
act of kindness toward the elderly, all that turned around. Read more about

David Lazarus of the Beit Immanuel

The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions

I found it alarming on October 24th, when I received an email from IMRA,
the Independent Media Review, that the "US
Consul General Launches campaign to attract Palestinian students to United
States."
Is this really in the realm of good intentions when Palestinians are
raised cradle to the grave on hatred of Israelis and Jews, and currently
American college campuses are ground zero for the growing American anti-Israel
and anti-Jew movements? This is not just my perception but backed up by a ‘Devastating’
survey shows huge loss of Israel support among Jewish college students
as "Brand Israel Group raises the
alarm on a widening gap in the US between older supporters and the increasingly
pro-Palestinian next generation" - a June 21, 2017 headline from the Times
of Israel.
First, off, let's note that US Consul General Donald Blome who launched the campaign in Ramallah to encourage more Palestinian students to study in the United States, is a 2015 Obama-appointment who is known to cater to West Bank and East Jerusalem Palestinians with consular services and assistance while ignoring Jews who live in the same area.
According to the IMRA report, the #PalStudyUSA2018 campaign "will include social media outreach to identify Palestinian participants for an elite 'boot camp' examining all aspects of study in the U.S., a series of week-long information sessions with Amideast at American Spaces in Jerusalem, Ramallah, Salfeet, Nablus, and Gaza; and a series of television, print, and social media stories by Palestinian journalists on Palestinian students studying in the United States which will air later this year. The sessions, for potential students and their parents, will focus on admissions, testing, and financial aid, highlighting the ongoing educational advising services provided by the Consulate’s partner Amideast."
It should be noted that Amideast is an outgrowth of an anti-Zionist organization called the “American Friends of the Middle East”. It is also the recipient of funding from George Soros (as documented by NGO Monitor). Read more online by clicking the linked title.

The EU's statistics on terrorism, simply put, confuse the issue. They are a
fairy-tale. The problem, of course, resides in the European definition of
terrorism. The EU definition of terrorism, wittingly or unwittingly, confuses
the issue. It needs to be revised.

notes that the same blurring of the definition of terrorism has become the norm
since the Obama administration, including leaving out major terrorist attacks
from official terror attack tallies by the US government (for example the Ft
Hood massacre was not included in the government terror attack statistics
during the Obama administration). Also, there is an effort to blur the
identification of a terror attack by labeling it a "Lone Wolf"
attack, or a "Copy Cat" attack. No: the ideology behind ALL Islamic
terror attacks is the same no matter how it is carried out and no matter how
many people are involved and regardless of any overseas contact with organized
terror groups. It is silly and dangerous
to pretend otherwise.
Also the idea that we just have to get used to terror attacks happening in modern life as the price paid for being properly diverse is crazy humanistic thinking. All the people who work counter-terrorism - the prosecutors of it, the police, the federal agents - they all know exactly which are the mosques that are teaching radicalization. To tie the hands of counter-terrorism agents and police from doing pro-active investigations in those mosques will always render us vulnerable to more and more terror attacks. Some countries in Europe are finally awakening to that fact, but it is ridiculously a fact that is still being resisted in the US.
Also the idea that we just have to get used to terror attacks happening in modern life as the price paid for being properly diverse is crazy humanistic thinking. All the people who work counter-terrorism - the prosecutors of it, the police, the federal agents - they all know exactly which are the mosques that are teaching radicalization. To tie the hands of counter-terrorism agents and police from doing pro-active investigations in those mosques will always render us vulnerable to more and more terror attacks. Some countries in Europe are finally awakening to that fact, but it is ridiculously a fact that is still being resisted in the US.
