I am forever seeing parallels between the things I know spiritually are true of Israel, and what I am seeing in my own nation. Like for example, in 1993 when I saw that the US governmental tolerance for Hamas doing fundraising in the USA would eventually bring terror attacks on our shores.
It is simply a matter of sowing and reaping. What the nations sow in
regard to Israel, eventually we will taste the same bitter judgment in our
lands. I see these playing out in the invading hordes in Europe and in the USA.
The nations have been content to criticize Israel for defending her borders as
many have attempted to break their borders down completely from land and sea.
Now we are getting a taste of that as well but only those who can see through
spiritual eyes can see that.
Here's
another one and it has to do with reports over the past several years that the
Christians who love and support Israel have not been passing that passion on to
our younger generations. There is a parallel to that as new polls of Millennial
viewpoints in the USA show that 50% of Millennials surveyed believe that
Americans are sexist & racist.
Just like
many liberal American Christian young people have believed the propaganda that
Israel is "Goliath" to the Palestinians "David", so also have
many young people been duped into viewing those with Biblical values to be as
one famous rant that our generation was "racist, sexist, homophobic,
Islamophobic". In short, deplorable.
Still
others taking up the talking point are saying that "generations" of
older people "just have to die" to solve the problems of racial
justice and prejudice. No wonder the last prophecy of the Hebrew Bible is this:
"Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet
before the coming of the great and dreadful Day of the LORD. And he will turn
the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to
their fathers. Otherwise, I will come and strike the land with a curse.” Malachi 4:5-6
It is also
the first prophecy of the New Covenant scriptures, Luke 1:16-17: "Many of the sons of Israel he will
turn back to the Lord their God. And he will go on before the Lord in the
spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their
children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous—to make ready a
people prepared for the Lord.”
You should
know that we are not looking for a single figure, a single person like John the
Baptist anointed with the spirit of Elijah. Now that the Spirit of the Lord is
indwelling us all, we have the ability to be those of a great number of
believers anointed with the spirit of Elijah to carry this essential message of
generational reconciliation.
I believe
also that as we sow into the ministries of Israel, who are turning the
hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of their children to
the fathers by the reconciling work that takes place in a heart that is
reconciled to God, that we will see a parallel release of the same among our
younger generations in the nations. This
is simply a matter of sowing and reaping.

Yesterday as I was working on the Weekly Summary and Arrows from Zion it was "Giving Tuesday". The vision to
see the Israeli Ministries receive the financial support from the international
Church is just as great for this ministry as it is to raise up prayer for
them. The reason for this is that as the
body in Israel increases in its fruitfulness, the churches in all the nations
will also! This is why it was such an important point to the apostle Paul,
"the apostle to the Gentiles. We shouldn't
need a "Giving Tuesday" to be generous with those who are ministering
the Good News to Israel.
Of several areas that HaTikva Project has
focused its ministry efforts to help the Israeli needy in the body of believers
and as outreach to their communities, Adoption has been a recently added focus
because, "Adoption is a cause that is close to our heart because it is
close to the heart of the Lord." Here is a VIDEO of "one of the
first Messianic Jewish adoptions in the history of Israel. HaTikva Families has
been supporting this family, and two beautiful children are now with their
forever family."
In the Maoz Israel monthly report: Bringing Hope to the Arab People. None of
those Messianic ministries who support evangelism in the Palestinian controlled
areas can talk about what God is doing because it will risk the lives of the
Christian Arabs they partner with. But God is moving and you will want to read

Restoration" is the story of Joel titled "I was Full of Hatred!"
That was as a teenager before he had a powerful encounter with God at a
Passover Messianic youth camp called Katzir (Harvest). Now Joel is a minister

will launch in December which they envision as becoming a new congregation, Nes
v'Kafe. Also! An exciting archaeological find in a Byzantine church in the Negev
Desert: a previously undiscovered painting of the Messiah’s face is 1,500 years
old. He is portrayed as a youth with cropped curly hair.
"To keep a warm heart in a cold world
is the real victory" was the subject line of Israel Pochtar's email
this week - so profound a statement it deserves to be the subject of works of
art and quoted widely as words to life by in our day. It is also what the
Ashdod congregation and Voice of Judah Ministries practices as they seek to
lighten the hardships of immigrants in their area, even in the midst of
religious persecution against them as Messianic Jews. Please consider helping

web sites and other online resources are in reaching Israelis who are the most online-plugged-in
population in the world, PLUS they can explore the taboo of faith in Yeshua in
privacy. Which is one reason I commend KehilaNews.com because it is not only a
place you can learn about the Israeli Messianic community, it is also a place
Israelis can learn about the Israeli Messianic faith too. Believers in the
nations need to understand: reaching Israelis with the Good News is DIFFERENT than
the modes you are used to.

Martin Sarvis in Jerusalem brings two more
instances of the nations in the valley of decision regarding Israel with
insights and prayer points by the visits of the Czech Republic President and
the African nation of Chad's President to Israel. Important relationships with these nations is

Arni Klein of Emmaus Way writes about a change
of direction in their announced gathering scheduled for Germany regarding their
"Israel Revealed " course which will be as designed: a discussion format for small groups with the
aid of an accompanying facilitator." The moment had to come when the
burden would no longer need anyone from outside to stir it up. The very
dynamics of the course call for individuals to own the message and take
responsibility for the Lord’s vision to come to pass. So at this time we will
not be organizing another gathering."

with Claude Ezagouri's Morning Star Fellowship in the heart of Tiberias, an
area which has strongly influenced by the ultra-orthodox population much like

Cohen on Facebook has been sharing some spectacular photos and
videos from his ministry trip to the Solomon Islands and New Zealand. Part of
the end times prophecy is that the Word of the Lord shall go out from
Jerusalem. That is not just a prophecy of the first century believers, that is
a prophecy about the last century body of Messiah in Israel. This is part of
the vision of the Tikkun Global Family which Guy Cohen is a part of.
The Kingdom of Love and True Light | The Maccabees were a priestly family from the Hasmonean dynasty which was a ruling dynasty of Judea and surrounding regions during classical antiquity. When Antiochus IV issued his decrees forbidding Jewish religious practice, Mattathias (father of 5 sons who would later be known as the Maccabees) sparked the revolt by refusing to worship the Greek gods. After Mattathias' death, his son Judah Maccabee led an army to victory restoring the independent Jewish kingdom after liberating it from foreign domination and then purifying and rededicating the Temple.

This occurred during the second temple period. This would be the very
same temple where Yeshua later appeared. Their resistance is celebrated until
today in Jewish communities worldwide commemorating the victory of the weak
over the strong. And the miracle of rededicating the temple to worship God and
the miracle of the oil which lasted eight days. This gave birth to the holiday
of Hanukkah which commemorates the victory of when light overcomes the
darkness.
All of this considered, what is the trophy, reward or that which the
Maccabees gained by this victory? We see that the Maccabees controlled all
areas involved in ruling or controlling the people as follows: the priesthood -
working in the temple, the kingdom - ruling over the people and teacher of the
Torah - the Pharisees. They were in
control of everything that affected everyday life, worship and the kingdom. All
well and good at the beginning but later on it all ended when civil war broke
out between two of the Hasmonean princes. However, the story doesn't end there,
it was only the beginning of the end. As a result, the Roman authorities
selected Herod the Great as their royal proxy!
What we once again see from history is that people run toward a position
to control the people. Throughout history we see many kingdoms such as Rome,
Greece, Babylon, Assyria, Egypt and more which in the end collapsed. Why is
that?
Yeshua even speaks about this to Pontius Pilate stating that His Kingdom, the heavenly kingdom, "My
Kingdom is not from here". That is the Kingdom that we as Believers in
Yeshua are called to bring down to earth. It's a Kingdom of Peace. The way to
do this is not through ruling or controlling but serving and loving each other.
Remember this, the Kingdom's of this earth will perish but the Kingdom
of Yeshua will persevere forever. That's why we need to wait for our Messiah to
come and sit on His throne in Jerusalem. His Kingdom, the Kingdom of love and true light.
